Bindings

We produce and supply following bindings

V1 – back stitched binding (possible with eyelets) – for their production we use machine Heidelberg ST 100.

V2 – glued soft binding, flaps are possible – produced in Wohlenberg Golf 6000 machine.

V4 – sewn soft binding, flaps are possible – produced in Wohlenberg Golf 6000 machine.

V7 – half-cloth binding with the hard board cover, joined by the cloth tape, with straight or rounded spine, head and tail bands, book marker possible – produced in SIGLOCH - KOLBUS.

V8 – hard case binding with the hard board cover, with straight or rounded spine, head and tail bands, book marker possible – produced in SIGLOCH - KOLBUS.

Sheets are laminated in  Delta machine, folded in Stahl machin.
Book blocks are sewn in Aster 160 machine.
This machine is equipped with OPTICONTROL machine for checking binding sections.
Hard book covers are produced in Kolbus machine.

Extras

Packing into paper or foil.
Inserting Cds, leaflets, completion and further handwork.
Die-stamping, press varnish and partial varnish are provided.
Delivery of books according to customers wish.
